There are also air-cooled quenching process and artificial aging process to complete the heat treatment and strengthening. Different grades of heat-treatable strengthened alloys have different heat treatment systems. 3. Oxidation: The surface of extruded aluminum alloy profile is not strong in corrosion resistance, so it must be anodized to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance of aluminum. Main process: (1) Surface pretreatment: clean the surface of the profile with chemical or physical methods to expose the pure matrix and obtain a complete and dense artificial oxide film. Mirror or matte (matte) surfaces can also be obtained by mechanical methods. (2) Anodizing: Under certain process conditions, the surface of the profile after surface pretreatment will undergo anodization to form a dense, porous, and strong adsorption film. (3) Sealing: Sealing the pores of the porous oxide film formed after anodization to enhance the anti-pollution, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the oxide film. The oxide film is colorless and transparent. Utilizing the strong adsorption of the oxide film before sealing, some metal salts are adsorbed and deposited in the film pores, making the appearance of the profile showing a variety of colors other than the natural colors (silver white) such as black, bronze, golden, and stainless steel.
